Adrian Brown is a Senior Executive with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission's (ASIC) Insolvency Practitioners stakeholder team.
A qualified accountant and former registered liquidator, Adrian's experience ranges across the commercial, professional, academic and regulatory spheres. Since joining ASIC in 2011, Adrian has played a lead role in ASIC's corporate insolvency activities and regulatory work, including assisting Government with legislative reform. Adrian is an ASIC representative on the ATO led Phoenix Taskforce.
Aislinn Walwyn is an Assistant Commissioner with the Australian Taxation Office’s (ATO) Private Groups and High Wealth Individuals business line.
At the ATO, Aislinn has been involved in a number of cross agency initiatives domestically and internationally, including Project Wickenby and the Trusts Taskforce. Aislinn holds a law degree and is a member of the Law Society of NSW. Before joining the ATO, Aislinn was a partner in a large overseas law firm.
In her current role Aislinn leads the ATO’s involvement in the Phoenix Taskforce, a whole of government taskforce comprising 28 members to combat illegal phoenix activity.
