A “How To” for consumers, industry professionals and advisers.
Every year more than 180,000 aged care means assessments are completed, unfortunately around 37,000 unnecessarily. In addition, customers told the Department of Human Services the aged care means assessment forms are confusing and take a long time to complete.
Understanding that these forms are problematic for consumers and the government alike, the Minister for Human Services and Digital Transformation, the Hon Michael Keenan MP, established a taskforce to simplify the aged care means assessment forms and processes.
These forms are now much shorter and simpler, and there's a new digital form for people with straightforward financial affairs that can be completed online.
Whether you are navigating aged care means testing for yourself, a loved one or as a professional on behalf of a client, join us for this free webinar to learn more about how and when to use the new forms.
The topics covered include:
1. Home Care Package Means Assessment Form
