Effectively Managing Conflict in the Workplace and with Clients

Overview
Conflict in the workplace is inevitable. Learn how to manage it successfully so that you reap the benefits it can bring, and avoid the potential harm
Conflict in the workplace can take many forms. There can be interpersonal conflict, conflict around ideas, unexpressed conflict, destructive conflict, or not enough conflict. All of these affect performance, engagement, and wellbeing.
In this session, we explore the different types of conflict, and how to best respond to them.
Research shows that conflict, when managed appropriately can create fresh starts, breakthroughs in thinking, and can re-energize a team. Poorly managed conflict can devastate morale, performance, psychological safety, and client outcomes.
