Overview

Unlock the true potential of performance by diving deep into its essence and mastering the art of delivering consistent, strong outcomes.

This session demystifies and takes us to the fundamentals of what performance is, how to manage it, and how to improve it over time.

We will revisit the basics and levers of performance, look at the options available to us to identify and discuss current levels of performance and look at how to practically aim high when we discuss performance improvement

Topics discussed include:

  • Best-practice performance focussed decision-making at team and individual levels
  • A list of further resources across the range of topics discussed
