Payment Times Reporting Scheme (PTRS)

Overview

PTRS became part of the compliance landscape this year with organisations required to report from September. Will your business be ready?

According to the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman (ASBFEO) 53% of invoices are paid late and on average 23 days overdue. The Payment Times Reporting Scheme (PTRS)  has been introduced to provide greater transparency with the intention of assisting small businesses to make informed decisions about which large organisations they supply

Areas that will be covered during the session include:

  • Who is required to report under the scheme
  • When is reporting required
  • What information will need to be reported
  • What are the implications of non-compliance
  • What practical considerations should organisations bear in mind in preparing for their first reporting period

Webinar Learning Outcomes:

  • Participants will be given an overview of the new regulations, who is required to report under the scheme and what information they will need to report.
