Super in Family Law – “Nature, Form and Characteristics” Unpacked

Overview

What do we need to know about the “nature, form and characteristics” of member spouse and non-member spouse before and after a super split?

This is the second in a series of webinars addressing how superannuation works under Family Law matters.

This webinar will address issues relating to “nature form and characteristics” (Bulow & Bulow 2019 FCA) including:

  • Mixed interests across spouses
  • Accumulation and defined benefit
  • Pensions and other complicated interests

Case studies will be used to illustrate these issues.
