FBT 2025 – Calling all Accountants – the ATO wants you!

Overview
What you'll take away.
Calling all Accountants – the ATO want you to provide FBT Services to your clients! Don’t miss this growth opportunity.
Time to grow your practice, add value to your existing SME clients and attract new SME clients, by adding a pro-active FBT Service line offering.
The ATO’s approach to FBT has changed and FBT is no longer optional (it never was) or out of scope. With an ever growing $2 billion FBT revenue gap, the ATO needs “all Accountants hands on deck”. Now is the time for all Tax Agents and Accountants in Practice to add a FBT Service line to your client offerings.
Whilst Australia has close to 1 million registered employers, staggeringly, only a small fraction are registered for FBT. This significant oversight represents a massive opportunity to:
- Close the knowledge gap;
- Educate your SME clients;
- Offer FBT compliance services;
- Offer pro-active FBT advisory services; and
- Offer simple and strategic Salary Packaging solutions
