Payday Super – Legislation has passed!

Overview
Payday Super is the most significant shake-up to superannuation in more than 30 years – have all your questions answered in this webinar!
The Payday Super legislation has just passed parliament and now is the time to get up to speed on Payday Super before your clients starting asking you questions on how it will impact them, their employees, and their business, before the 1 July 2026 start date.
The introduction of Payday Super and the simultaneous closure of the Small Business Superannuation Clearing House is set to have a big impact on the way superannuation has been paid by small business in Australia.
The timeline to review current payroll systems, understand what’s changing and the impact it will have on your business clients and then implement updated software solutions to cater for the legislated changes is extremely tight. All of our professional associations, and many industry bodies along with software vendors all requested additional time to implement beyond the 1 July 2026 timeline, however this date is now set and it is up to us to assist employers with the transition to Payday Super.
This session is designed to bring you up to speed on what you need to know now about Payday Super so you can start the process of proactively advising your clients on how to ensure they understand their changing obligations and are prepared for a smooth transition by 1 July.
